You guys, I love pho so much! After my final round of shopping for my Penelope cosplay, my folks treated out to this beautiful Vietnamese restaurant, Mekong, that I had a bowl of Pho Tom (with shrimp). SO GOOOOOD ;A;  Back when I was living in Arlington, a former friend of mine introduced me to pho at a place called Pho 75 in the Rosslyn district. Oh man, those are the best noodle dishes ever! I even took others to have lunch there, even my mom (who at first didn’t like it but it warmed up to her)
